NCI as we are more commonly referred to has a proven track record in providing a quality service for a reasonable price. The company was founded as a sole proprietorship in 1992 and incorporated as NEW CONCEPTS INTERNATIONAL GROUP in 1998. For the past 16 years we have realized an increase in growth each year without exception. We started our group by providing (on a part time basis only) after hours collection of first party account receivables. We worked onsite for a utility customer weeknights from 5pm until 9pm and Saturdays 8am until 2pm. Our track record was so impressive our client quickly saw a place for us within their operation handling more back office work and assisting in call center work as needed. We are proud to say that the relationship we started with this client continues today and has grown to the point of 14 active projects requiring over 60 NCI employees working offsite in our Concord location for that one client.
